I submit my application on 11 jan.....now my sponsorship aplication Dm....but PR is still on process....how any steps left....and each steps how take time....plz help me....i am worried about it

Relax its just a system update. If your PR status still says in progress then your file is like any other in queue. But If you are Jan applicant I would keep an eye on ECAS and MYCIC since some Jan 2016 people are seeing activity on their files.

I don't see why a US visa rejection be a hurdle for CIC?. We are separate countries and only information sharing would be on a security level. I hardly doubt this has any effect on your CIC application.

Yes I did actually read that and the cases, but like I said a US visa rejection is not a reason for inadmissibility. In the above case she lied about her visit application. However, it does bring to light you shouldn't lie about it. I forgot which form was this information?...can't remember... : :

Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding the spousal immigration process. I will be visiting Pakistan for marriage soon and will stay there for a few months and then return back to Canada. During my time there, I plan to submit my spouse's application. Should I mention this in the application? Reason for asking is that there is a question in one of the forms which asks whether the Sponsor is in Canada or outside. I intend to stay in PK only for a short time (3 months approx) and then come back to Canada. Appreciate if anyone can answer this for me.

Are you a Canadian citizen or PR? If you are a citizen then you should have no problem submitting it. As long as you show that you are studying/working in Canada and you show ties to Canada. Again, this is just to satisfy the visa officer that you and your spouse will be living in Canada after receiving PR.

no its not a hurdle i was just talking about the rejection that it will come to your passport record.

On what date did you get sponsor approval? And on what date did it show 'in procress' on ecas?

15 jun i got the sponsor approval and in process m not so sure about that when it showed on ecas

People who getting additional docs or re med requests..
Anybody's ECAS updated with such lines,

"We sent you correspondence or something.....?"

ECAS updated today with
"We sent you correspondence on September 20, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required"
