Yes they have sent me a letter saying that uploading document on portal. But on portal there is no request for additional document nor there is any option to upload.

I applied for my parents visit visa in Jan 2022. Now they have requested additional doc but there is no option on IRCC portal to upload. Can I reply to same email they sent me templates and document to fill in?

Please can you paste the content of letter? how many days they give you to provide fingerprints? I have been asked as well but currently out of country
