Did your Ecas changed or MyCIC?

Dear members! How much time can CIC take after medicals for DM /PPR or updating status on myCIC? I have appeared for medicals on 29th march...still no update..anything to worry?

Thanks . In my first report it was mentioned that "nodular opacities are found on chest..but there wasnt strong suspicion of TB" ... Dnt worry if you have TB previously and treated already, they just want to make sure ... Best of luck

Hello members, Yesterday appeared for post-culture test follow up at IOM. With the grace of Almighty, My medical cleared after pulmonologist checkup and Xray . My both AFB smear and AFB culture tests were negative. Timeline is as follows Medical: 26th Dec, 2017 Sputum sample: 27, 28, 29 Dec...

When medical got passed on 29th jan, why theyn took Xrays again on 1st march.. I hope its passed... You appeared at IOM islamabad?

Thats a good sign if there is no change.. You have passed the medical almost..

@danishriz Suppose we have negative sputum results.. They see white spots again on X-ray.. Now what?? Would they again conduct sputum or TB tests?

Spots are also indication of active/inactive TB.. for that suspection,. they conduct sputum test... now If sputum tests are negative, then why would they hold on?? I think its illogical

But if the sputums are negative, then I dnt think there is any logic left for white spots.. isnt it?

AS I know, when sputum tests are negative and X-ray is stable,then there is no question of white spots/scars etc. This is insane... You should have written query to direct CIC... I mean then whey they are takin sputum tests if X-ray is only tool for diagnosis.. ??

A According to standard procedures, they see stability of 2 X-rays with 90 days difference .. Were your case more worst?

Congrats...but why 3rd xray needed when sputums were negative?
