Yes but once visa officer issues the DMs and PPRs in the system, the system does the update from anytime after the office closes up until midnight. Sadly it isn't instant. That's why it doesn't matter if the office is closed or not, it depends on when their system updates our file.

Yeah you right.. I got email for add doc at 12 noon PST... and like 8 am in London... they cant work so early in office obviously.. it was automated most probably...

Oh wow I had no idea. Normally, I would look out for 8 am news drop via emails.

USA sometimes rejects the visa without even seeing the documents. Rejected my sister's visa without even seeing her file and same thing happened to my friend's father.

Really eh? It's better to avoid that then.

What is use of MP in spouse visa can someone will explain please

MPs can talk to the officer and look into any notes or updates and let you know within few days.

I submit my application on 11 jan.....now my sponsorship aplication Dm....but PR is still on process....how any steps left....and each steps how take time....plz help me....i am worried about it

I don't see why a US visa rejection be a hurdle for CIC?. We are separate countries and only information sharing would be on a security level. I hardly doubt this has any effect on your CIC application.
