ECAS updated today with
"We sent you correspondence on September 20, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required"

Okay thanks for informing buddy...
That means if correspondence is sent, ecas updates us.. Not exactly on that day but 2-3 days after..

I asked becz i dont have mycic access as i have lawyer
And my lawyer is always so busy to respond and he's giving me 15 months time frame..
So i was thinking will i get to know about any correspondene if sent through ecas right...

Background check depends if u have lived in more than one country for more than 6 months then it can take longer than a month... But if only in one country then any where within a month..

And then il have to resend to the CIC my background form where theyv asked about visa rejection?

no its not a hurdle i was just talking about the rejection that it will come to your passport record.

yup make sure you don't lie about anything if they find it out and you will end up getting banned

Friends i need some help .today i got email a long list of documnts n all are those i hav submitted earliear with app .i m so much worried i hav submitted urdu nikah nama orgnl on june 1st but they said i do nt meet the criteria as i didn't submit urdu nikahnama n translation but submited only marriahe certfct but thats nt true .they asked for marriage n post wedding pics, communication proof ,financial support , i sent them all the stuff with app .OMG don't know what to do .m so much worried he asked to submit all the requested documnts within 30 days .plz gime suggestion how to deal with all
