Thanks toby, just want to share my co-worker applied under PNP he
Sent his application package last sept 18, he got MR nov 25. What a lucky
Guy got medicals in a month.

Wow so lucky, PNP usually more less time processing than CEC? I hope mine too come fast.

Just pray and keep checking my email.

Hi Guys,

I applied for PR again after my application was returned as I missed one of the signature. And I received e-mail from CIO mentioning the UCI, Application number and receipt number on 9th Dec. Now, when I am checking the status online, its saying NO data is found. Per website, data is updated weekly for the status tool on Tuesday, but its not reflectin anything for my application.

Do I need to worry about it and take some steps or wait for some more time. Please advise.

Complete the come to canada wizard on the CIC website. Link can be found on my website:

If you answer all the question, and you don't get ask for medicals, then you don't need meds.

It won't have an impact on your PR application. However, if you move there for a longer period of time it is
recommended updating CIC with your new address.
If you have already applied for your BOWP, your work permit will be mailed to your canadian address, after receiving it
you can leave, as staying in Canada is not required.

I expect the approval by mid next week. I'll keep you posted.

It will show app received for a while - it is usually changed to in process once you get medicals.
It doesn't change to anything once it goes to Ottawa

However, you can see the date it got transferred in the GCMS notes. But I agree, ECAS doesn't change.

Although I really don't think it's worth ordering gcms just for that purpose

My BOWP application has been approved this morning. Just checked the MyCIC account and it says 'closed' and 'this application has been approved'. No message or email yet tho.
