Hi , Untill May,4th 2013 you are not eligible to apply without job offer/phd stream. Wait until May,4th and proceed if you satisfy FSW category. Good luck!

Since I don't have a birth certificate, which document could be replaced for it? or an affidavit would be sufficient in this regard to satisfy immigration officer? Pls suggest.
