FSW application query

Hi All!

I am going to send the FSW completed application package this weeks to CIO,Nova Scotia
Kindly let me know, in which form or forms I have to mention about the Visa office for processing?
So far I didnt see any questions specific to visa office ?
please help.

That question is asked in the generic application form (IMM 0008) #4 : Immigration office requested for processing the application.

Make sure you have read and completed all the application forms as directed in the guideline!
