Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
^^ It was more to do with your tone used in the above posts...
Maybe its just miscommunication as forums aren't the best way to judge a person's emotions, of course.

Either way, I do not want to derail this thread, because it is absolutely crucial to stay on track...

In the meantime, we shall remain on the lookout if anyone does get PR by saying that spouse has no education and then only mentioning it in personal history... This is how my profile is at the moment, and I will happily leave it that way..... while we try to figure out this medical confusion going on over several threads simultaneously..

Thankyou once again

sorry I am a bit confused. What do you mean by
"EE alone does not count your current and previous work experience during your full-time studies". So if for example I am eligible for FSW, the year of work experience while full time study, do not give me any points? or I misunderstood something?
I'm still confuse how can i be separate FSW and EE...the way of FSW goes through EE...As far as i know ...the first requirement is one year experience for FSW and EE...online eligibility tool on cic website can't even say you are eligible without entering experience...and thats what i tried before..

FSW requirements are not the same as EE requirements. For FSW requirement (excluding EE), your LMIA job offer has to be full-time, permanent and non-seasonal. FSW requirement (excluding EE) counts your current and previous work experience during your full-time studies. However, EE alone does not count your current and previous work experience during your full-time studies. EE is for points only, if your LMIA is full-time, permanent, and non-seasonal, you get an additional 600 points to get ITA.
As per CIC i cnt even enter into Pool...so how would i get 600 points??...yeah i know LMIA has 600 points ...but you only can get those points once you fulfill other requirements e.g. experience!..am i right?

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp

Minimum requirements
Skilled work experience
Your work experience must be:
at least one year (1,560 hours total / 30 hours per week), continuous full-time or an equal amount in part-time,
paid work (volunteer work, unpaid internships do not count),
in the same NOC skill type (0, A or B),
within the last 10 years, and
at skill type 0, or skill levels A or B of the 2011 National Occupational Classification (NOC).

Full Time
30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)

Part time
15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
OR
30 hours/week for 12 months at more than one job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
You must show that you did the duties set out in the lead statement of the occupational description in the NOC, including all the essential duties and most of the main duties listed.
If you cannot show that your work experience meets the description in the NOC, you are not eligible under this program.
Find out the NOC code, title and skill type or level for your job.

My question is for Yelena and/or Ben. Firstly, I am truly sorry to hear about CIC's decision regarding your application. I hope that this is only a little bump in the road and that ultimately you both receive PPR. I was hoping you guys can clarify something that has been on my mind, however. Can either of you indicate whether your medicals were reported as passed on MYCIC before being rejected? In addition, I am on a similar timeline as yelena, but Ben, can you please share your timeline?

Thanks. Your responses are greatly appreciated.

Are you planning for Case specific enquiry now or you need to send new medical or you need to create new profile?

If you haven't racked up 12 months full time or 24 months part time NOC O,A or B work experience, you just have to wait until you have done so. Could you apply for a Canadian Expreience working holiday visa instead and then apply for PR under CEC after a year?

Salut Ben76600!

Guys I have seen some other thread that an apicant has been rejected under fsw as he didn't have 1 year of experience in his primary occupation ,but he has worked in two different NOCs for 16 months in Canada.

I have got ITA under PNP and I'm worried that I have 10 months exp in NOC 2282 and 8 months in NOC 2281.and I have selected my primary NOC in application as 2281.

P.s I'm also eligible under CEC

Does it effect my application .
