Sure, Do not mention A, nor B.

Mention C, D and E.

Hope that helps.
Thanks that sure helps!

Hi Everyone. I'm going to submit e-APR. My letters of reference mention that I worked 40 hours per week with each employer. Is that enough to persuade that I was a full time employee, or I need to clearly state in the letter of reference that I was a full-time employee?
Thanks

Generally enough but try to get the employer to mention full-time on your letter. Better safe than sorry.

That should be enough as 40 Hrs. means full-time, as evident on CIC website with 30hrs. per week that they illustrate as an example.
But please do ensure that it mentions the work 'paid' employee lest CIC assumes you were doing all those 40 Hrs. voluntarily. ;)

May sound funny but believe me this IS the reality.

In addition to what others mentioned, is there any thing like permanent, or at least non seasoned job. How many hours you work a week has nothing to do with how long is the job for. This is one more factor CIC looks at.

Correct but that level of scrutiny is for applicants who have claimed points for LMIA based jobs. I have heard rejections because the reference letter missed the word "full-time" for applicants claiming points for LMIA based job/perhaps for some CEC applicants(non-LMIA) but not for FSW applicants. Anyway, there are a lot of rejections going on lately (purely depends on the officer assessing the application) but when the OP has a chance to get the word "full-time" on the letter, it doesn't hurt. Number of hours is important too. They do look at it, IMO.

Agreed. It was LMIA based job evaluation on my mind where jobs future prospects are also important. Not so important with a past job that you claimed experience for. I some how assumed that was what OP implied, which may or may not be the case.

Hi Everyone,

My application was rejected last night for the reason I did not uploaded the true copy of my Marriage certificate. I only uploaded the notarized copy of it thinking the original was in Urdu so it won't be any useful. In past I always uploaded the notarized copy never the original and still my application was approved for work permit but not this time.

Thanks

Ash

Hello everyone.

I'm still about to apply as I haven't received ITA yet. I have an inquiry for my case re. police certificates as well.

I have 2 citizenships at the moment, country A and country B. I was born in country A in 1990 and left for country B in 1995. Ever since I've been living here in country B.

Question is: do I need to provide PCC for country A because I'm a citizen of it and I stayed there for more than 6 months (1990-1995)? I was between the ages of 1-5 years back then and have not committed any crime as far as I remember, I think... ha ha ha.

Another question is regarding employment letter. Mine already mentions full-time and working 40 hours per week. However my benefits are not yet added to my annual salary indicated in the letter. Would that be a big deal?

It's hard applying to CIC at the same time having an obsessive-compulsive disorder (self-diagnosed).

I would appreciate any feedback. Thank you very much.

A: No, you don't, although you stayed there for 5 years because you weren't 18 yrs of age then.

A: No...not at all.

I see. Alright, thanks for confirming! +1 for you.

Another one please re. scanning and uploading passport. Can we submit biodata page ONLY? What about page/s with visa stamps AND blank pages?

I've seen mixed feedback re. this and haven't seen concrete confirmation whether what actually works. Please advise, thanks again.

What i too get to hear from this forum is that uploading the bio page is enough. Stamp and certainly blank pages are not required.

Although the instructions say only bio pages are required, it is better to upload all pages with stamps/visas/markings as it builds credibility around your application and around the travel/background information that you have provided. Remember, CIC will not make your case for you. You have to make your own case to CIC and it never hurts to provide additional information that gives more comfort to the VO.

If you only provide bio pages there will be no harm to your application. But why not build a strong application cover all the angles and provide additional information if you can? It cannot hurt and will only help.

Goodluck!
