Thanks for your detailed response.
I will attach bio page of my current passport only that is asked by CIC. Even the visa stamp pages don't make sense in this case. However, I will provide all details in travel history.
Other question is if I mention country of residence other than my home country then I don't need to include travel to country of residence in my travel history. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
I included travel details for ALL travel done outside of country of residence at the time. We moved to Canada 3 and a half years ago so detailed all travel outside the UK from November 2005 to July 2012 then outside of Canada from July 2012 to November 2015. Only included the bio pages of the passports as the stamps in the passport didn't say when we left the UK and only state when we landed in a country and not when we left so would not make sense.

You are welcome. Yes, travel is primarily for short visits. But if it is not your CURRENT country of residence (i.e. you have lived in 3 countries total) - one you are citizen of, one you lived in the past, and another you live in now, then its better to mention that. Since the specific instructions of CIC are, "mentioned all countries except your country of citizenship or current country of residence"

Dear @fkl
I am not clear what you mean by the above sentence with an 'or' in between. Kindly elaborate for our benefit.

Our situation
Current country of Residence : A
Country of citizenship : B
Travel for tourism : C, D, E

Of course there are multiple travel between A & B + there are 2-3 travels between B to C/D/E and back.

So which Travels should we mention?

Hey T365, if you have assembled all reasons then good job, a +1 for you.
Thanks but I'm not the one who authored this document. I can't remember where I found it but it wasn't being update anymore hence I re-posted it on my Google Docs account.
Hopefully this will still help new applicants.

No, not at all...Salary is never a criterion for rejection unless its significantly small that they may have a doubt of it being fabricated or an arrangement to get a 'paid' certified job reference letter.

At the very most they may question you for it and would want to know the reason for it to be low and if you can prove to them convincingly and substantiate that with valid documents they should be fine.

Hi Everyone,

My application was rejected last night for the reason I did not uploaded the true copy of my Marriage certificate. I only uploaded the notarized copy of it thinking the original was in Urdu so it won't be any useful. In past I always uploaded the notarized copy never the original and still my application was approved for work permit but not this time.

Thanks

Ash

Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding uploading the medical document. In CIC, it says documents needed are medical examination confirmation, IME number in e-APR and a copy of information printout sheet. I only have a copy of information printout sheet in which the IME is Non EDE. What is medical examination confirmation? Should I just put Non EDE in e-APR? Thanks!

I'm in a similar situation. The question in that section is: "Provide details of any trips you have taken outside your country of origin or of residence in the last ten years".

I think travels between A and B need not to be mentioned (since it's between country of residence and country of citizenship).
But travels between B and C/D/E definitely need to be mentioned.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

That's correct. Leave out A and B (you are already providing police certificates from there and obviously are living / have lived there longer than 6 months. Travel is any where except those.
