mocca said:That was quite fast of them :/ Were they just waiting to assess your PC. It doesn't sound right. Unless the system immediately detects it.

This issue was already discussed (but for Indian applicants). Get PCC from authorities that issue PCC s that are not time/geography bound.
Don't give up! Get PCC as mentioned above and try again! Good luck and all the very best!
Sanazeh said:Not sure what really happened there. Its so disappointing. After all that hard work and making sure everything complies, one simple miss and back to square one! wish they could just hold the application and ask for the additional doc.
Nicoletta said:I got rejected today as well as they did not accept the UK police certificate that I have uploaded. I had a Canadian company organizing this for me (the same company who runs all the back checks for my old employer) but apparently they want one from the UK directly.
Very upsetting that they don't give you the chance to correct that but at least you can re-enter the pool...
Ashley75 said:Hi Everyone,
My application was rejected last night for the reason I did not uploaded the true copy of my Marriage certificate. I only uploaded the notarized copy of it thinking the original was in Urdu so it won't be any useful. In past I always uploaded the notarized copy never the original and still my application was approved for work permit but not this time.
Thanks
Ash
Oh..Very sad to hear that. Initially I was planning to get one PCC for spouse but then I manged to get 2 PPC's. One from the address before marriage (Birth till 2013) and other for current address from marriage till date. Hope it will work. Going to submit e-APR tomorrow.Sanazeh said:Hi,
So I got a rejection just now on the basis of missing document. I had provided them a police certificate for Pakistan, the only country i have lived in. However, the certificate mentioned my current address (i shifted to in 2013 after marriage). Thinking this shouldnt be a problem since the country is same I didnt get a separate certificate from the area where i lived earlier, same city same country.
Does anyone know how the refund process works?
Thanks,

fkl said:Should be fine. Many people have done the same. Just make sure the PCCs mention the entire time period since the age of 18
