Lol. Really bothers me when ppl say go to the correct thread , or this is irrelevant.

How lame. We are all here to share information not hide it or be annoying about it. Its a good question and relevant.

That is literally like saying 'here is a library full of books and knowledge, but don't have a filing system, put them wherever you like'.

Yes the information is helpful but impossible to find when it gets buried in a thread like this.

Is Birth Certificate mandatory for express entry application.
I have submitted my birth certificate in application but there is no name on it. But my patents names and address are there.

I don't see it required anywhere during the application. It is required for minor children though that are included in the application.

As far as i know its required for children,check if its beens asked for in your personalised documents list

I have submitted my appklication today .....
And submitted it with Birth Certificate with the missing name .... AFTER submitting it i realised that i should have added some affidavet or lOE for the reason of missing name.... I have also submitted the 10th certificate which reflects my name dob and my parents name .....

I hope they dont use this as excuse for rejection ....

No I don't...i haven't stayed up to 6 months in total since I turned 18

What about your home country did you stay for a combined period of more than 6 months

I actually started this activity almost a year ago. Days and nights I will read the main thread and summarize reasons in one document. Just had few mishaps in family and the activity stopped for a long time. I thought to make that document and ask admin to make it a sticky for everyone so not everyone has to bother. Let me search for that document and I will post it in coming days. Just keep watching..

Hi, I am Oct'21 HCP stream applicant, While submitting OINP application I forgot to mention my travel history to Saudi for 30 days to see my father under other activities. The details are available in my passport and it specifies "work permit not allowed" and it is a "visitor visa". Will it be a problem as I didn't mention these details in other activities? Do I need to inform them upfront via email?

Please help
