Dear Nector
Thankyou for valuable informations ,I have 2 querry
1-As per your sayings the pre -june 2010 applicants(post Feb.2008) have to wait for another 2 year to finalize their cases and CIC is commited to finalize all Post 01- july 2011 in one calender year .Does this scenario permit us to withdraw and reapply?Does this situation is created to divert the storm with new name and direction?
2=Under the current situation When the applicants who submitted documents in Dec.2009 and no correspondence after that while Their NOC is still in the list would receive their MR .Moerover , in your opinion when would such cases be finalized ?

<J2010 cases are on a lower priority at visa offices - since they have more applications than they have available visas in their target, they simply don't have the authority or resource to clear all the <J2010 applications this year, or even next year - which is why visa offices are prioritising >J2010 applications and are warning applicants <J2010 it could take up to 2 years or more to finalise their application.

If you are on the new "29" list and are not from NOCs 1122, 3152 and 3131 which are likely to reach their 500 cap very quickly, then it may be worth gathering a new application and re-applying to be on a higher priority. I have heard some >J2010 applicants have got their visas within 5/6 months of applying.

CIC will allow you to have multiple applications in process. As soon as one of those applications reaches medical request stage they will ask you to withdraw the other.

Best of luck,
Wayne.

Dear Nectar,

Thanks for your information. I have finally received the medical for me & my wife and my kid. they also asked to send the RPRF. the question is, in the my application form, i haven't payed the processing fees for my wife and the kid as the idea was just for me to go there BUT now we are planning to go all together, can I now at this stage send the Processing fees for my wife and the kid in addition to the RPRF for all of us??

Thanks
TMSB

What is your timeline pls

thank you for clearing this up Wayne. I am relatively new to this forum but from what I can make out Nectar's posts (especially this one and a similar post from 2010) have scared people. I too began to believe that it would be at least November before my post 26/6 app would begin to be processed and I was ready to tear my hair out LOL
I hope that you get your passports back soon and that everything works out well for you x
take care

Well we handed our passports in yesterday and should collect them in 13 days with visa stamped in it. Another guy from our thread at London (October 2010 applicant) got his visa a few weeks ago, another got passport requests last week and around 8 more are at the medical request stage.

So things are moving for post-June-2010 at CHC London, if more slowly than the faster visa offices like Manila and New Delhi.

Wayne.

Thankyou for your response but sorry to say I am not convinced by your arguments .If an applicant falls in the specific yearly quota then surplus application are entertained in next year's quota.By the way do we apply in accordance with quota .
As far as multiple application is concerned do you provide some athentic data .I thankyou in advance if you do this

OYYY Liar Nectar, what happen about your 2 digit explaination for medical request.
in your thread you explained that if person get 2nd AOR and below or near the BARCODE if number printed 1 and 3 (13) that means you will get medical soon!! still you wrong about it, you are spreading wrong information here on the forum.
I don't know why SysAdmin still gives you access.
you don't have any resource or source as Cappuccino explained. YOU ARE A BIG LIAR. my guess is you don't know anything about immigration and passing time here on the forum! am I right?

Postal address seems to have disappeared for everyone, or at least most people. We already had "Decision Made" for 2 weeks and then address disappeared, so I think it's a system-wide thing - probably another component of the transition from CAIPS to GCMS.
