thnx for your reply Nectar,

but 2 applicants of London visa office (applied in october 2010 to Sydney, Nova Scotia), done their medicals in March 2010. now they are waiting for passport request.
Dear Adroit,

By Canadian Immigration law, CHC London can't do favouritism to some applicants. The application processing teams work in their preferred and recommended ways e.g., if Red Team conducts security checks on PR applications before issuance of medical instructions then the White Team will go for these checks after receiving the medical results so that standard processing timefarme must be met.

I hope this information is of assistance to you.

Hi Nectar,

Already asked you this question in another thread. Please reply even if you have no information about Seattle. Thanks a lot !

Hi Nectar,

May be in a wrong thread to ask you a question... does this protocol apply to London VO only or it is applicable at all other Visa Offices ? I 'm 2009 FSW applicant and my file is in process since end November 2010 at Seattle VO and they are not moving at all as we haven't seen any movement there since begin of this year. Any specific quota's for this year ?? Thanks a million for answering this question.

May God bless you
Dear dsubhi,

Every CHC has its own PR application processing protocols but the Standard Operating Procedure set by CIC should remain the same.

Dear Nectar,
I applied under NOC 4121 from London in December 2009. I received my 2nd AOR on 26th July 2010. My status is still RBVO. Could you tell me what to expect and when things will move for me?
Thank you.
Dear beckett,

Your PR application has already been faced delays, I will suggest you to contact CHC London and find out the processing status your PR application.

Dear Nectar,
Thank you very much for your useful information.
I'd like to ask you about my case: I'm in NOC 38 ( after Feb 2008)- Fast track, I applied in Nov 2009, and in process since Nov 2010 ( 5 months have been past), but I have not yet received medical request. Do you know if the CAP for Singapore VO for NOC 1111 has been filled and they have no quota for this NOC ? Or any reason ? Thanks
Dear cain2002,

Your PR application has already been faced delays, I will suggest you to contact your relevant CHC immediately and find out the processing status your PR application.

Dear mrprice,

The SAP FSW 2007 CHC London applicants may get PHEP instructions in May/June 2011 provided that they have already done medicals and their visa files are ready for final approval of Canadian PR visa issuance.

Good Luck !

Dear mrprice,

PHEP issuance will vary from application to application but the current processing timeframe for 80% of SAP FSW 2007 applications at CHC London could be 46-47 months.

Dear annel,

I don't understand your question. please make it clear.

Nectar
Dear Nectar, I've sent you a personal message and explained myself. I wanted to know about my application dated 2007 in South Africa. I know the web site shows 73 months for processing, however i wanted to know if we should really wait another 3 years before they process our files? I appreciate all your help.

Dear annel,

The 73 months processing timeframe is to finalise PR application. The active processing may take 8-12 months.

Dear Nectar,
Thank you for your reply. I have already sent a case specific enquiry, but it has been 20 days and no reply yet. I sent the enquiry via the webform. Do you think I should repeat the enquiry? Is there a direct email address I can use for a case specific enquiry?
I would appreciate your help.

That not only is not answering his question, but also makes no sense.

My understanding was the security checks are done WHILST the applicant goes off and does their medicals. To wait for medical results before commencing security checks just adds unnecessary delay.

And why would one "team" run a completely different process to the other? Then all in, say, the Red Team would get their medical requests several months before the equivalent applicants in the White Team?

Anyway I think Adroit was asking you why two October applicants have received medical requests, whilst July/August/September applicants have received nothing. My guess was that it was to do with GCMS - that the early applicants added onto CAIPS have to be transferred to GCMS, hence a delay, whereas the later applications from end of September onwards which were added directly onto GCMS can be processed right away.

By the way, the 2 October 2010 applicants who got medical requests had them sent within literally a few days of going "In Process". I have now been "In Process" for almost 30 days and still no correspondence from London. And some July applicants have not even gone into process yet.

Nectar, how can you explain your "no favourtism" theory when we have applicants such as asaif who applied in July 2010 and have not even gone "In Process" yet?

Wayne.

I think Nectar needs English classes to understand the questions. Lol

You are right Wayne, this is exactly what I asked from Nectar, after his reply, I felt that it is useless to argue.

Thnx Wayne for understanding my question.

You are welcome, and I am sorry I can't be of more help, but I just one of the frustrated applicants ;)

But rest assured as soon as I get some ACTUAL news from CHC London I will post here right away!

But I think Nectar needs several classes - English classes, comprehension classes, telling-the-truth classes, justifying-his-posts classes - a whole host of them - before his posts hold any merit.

Wayne.
