Dear Adroit,
By Canadian Immigration law, CHC London can't do favouritism to some applicants. The application processing teams work in their preferred and recommended ways e.g., if Red Team conducts security checks on PR applications before issuance of medical instructions then the White Team will go for these checks after receiving the medical results so that standard processing timefarme must be met.
I hope this information is of assistance to you.

That not only is not answering his question, but also makes no sense.
My understanding was the security checks are done WHILST the applicant goes off and does their medicals. To wait for medical results before commencing security checks just adds unnecessary delay.
And why would one "team" run a completely different process to the other? Then all in, say, the Red Team would get their medical requests several months before the equivalent applicants in the White Team?
Anyway I think Adroit was asking you why two October applicants have received medical requests, whilst July/August/September applicants have received nothing. My guess was that it was to do with GCMS - that the early applicants added onto CAIPS have to be transferred to GCMS, hence a delay, whereas the later applications from end of September onwards which were added directly onto GCMS can be processed right away.
By the way, the 2 October 2010 applicants who got medical requests had them sent within literally a few days of going "In Process". I have now been "In Process" for almost 30 days and still no correspondence from London. And some July applicants have not even gone into process yet.
Nectar, how can you explain your "no favourtism" theory when we have applicants such as asaif who applied in July 2010 and have not even gone "In Process" yet?
Wayne.
