Dear Louay,

If your Fast Track FSW PR application is already under 'In Process' phase then there is a good chance that your application will be finalised either by late 2011 or early 2012.

Hi Nectar

I am a pre June 2010 applicant and my status shows in process but inside still pending review?Do you know what is this mean?
Do you think I have a good chance that my application will be finalised late 2011 or early 2012?
I applied in february 2010 so its already 1 year past.
Thank you

To whom it may concern.

Please be advised that it is hard for me to comment on SAP 2007 applications since I have no direct experience of them or with them - but let's see about these post-June-26 applications and Nectar's "breaking news" about them hitherto, shall we?
- First Nectar said they would not get processed until October 2011 - proven WRONG
- Then he said that Feb2008-June2010 applicants, who were on the new NOC 29 list, would get priority over June 26 applicants - proven WRONG as we've seen
- Then he said average processing time would be 12 months - yet people are getting medical requests in around 3 months - so proven WRONG yet again

Now he's changed his tune completely to say that post-June-26 get priority and then post-Feb-2008 applicants. Which by the way isn't NEWS, it's what everyone has been surmising from people's actual experiences here. Nectar doesn't KNOW anything he just bodges this stuff together from what he reads here.

You guys believe whatever you like. I think Nectar is a liar. How is your 2007 SAP application going, Nectar? Have the seniors given you enough advice to assist you on it now?

I hope this information is of assistance to you.

Wayne.

To whom it may concern,

Please be advised the criticisms of Nectar's threads are likely to be processed concurrently for the foreseeable future, unless he is prepared to start rolling straight dice with people.

What about the above comments on how your "news" has been proven wrong, Nectar?

What about the fact you said you could get someone's file details in 6 hours if they gave your their real name and date of birth, and you couldn't?

I hope this information is of assistance to you.

Wayne.

Dear all,

I would request all respected forum members to ignore all stupid posts on this forum and try to help one another in Canadian FSW PR and all other relevant visa applications.

Your kind co-operation will highly be appreciated.

Best wishes,

Nectar

Yes you are right. We are ignoring people who for some reasons are unhappy with you. You keep doing the good work nectar. People know what is right and what is wrong. Your increased positive ratings and appreciation from forum members is the proof you are doing the right job.Good work. Thanks

Hello Nectar,

You can see my timelines.
So what I think your saying is that 13 month processing at London is now more like 2-3 years for my application to be completed?
I'm not even in process yet.

Would it be best to send a spouse application instead and withdraw my FSW application? or Bonneyville Hospital, AB will sponser me if I want so should I get intouch with them to do that?

Thanks

Morning!

Dear Mr Nectar,

I have read this news in another forum, and I want to know if its a true news or not!!!

1. The cic received 640,000 by 28 Feb 2008, So within this group they have applicants who are exception that they are targetting to complete their application within the next 12 months. Those on Exception category are those who had received doc requests or medicals.

In advance I would like to thank you for ur help.

cheers,
sama

I am an Aug 2007 applicant (AOR: Sept 2007). My medicals were completed in Sept 2010. Updated Police certificate was sent in March 2011 on request from CHC-London. Since then....nothing :'(
Status according to IMS response is "Awaiting officer review".
I'm tired ...and nervous about my looming medicals expiry (sept 2011) :o

Hi All, :D

Can any body tell, CHC London sends PPR through mail or e-mail..?

Thanks.

On the rare occasions I have heard of medicals expiring, the visa office has written to the applicant to ask for update medicals to be taken.

If they requested updated PCCs then hopefully they think they will be in a position to finalise your application at least within 12 months of then (otherwise why would they bother asking?).

Although it now seems certain that all visa offices are prioritising post-June-2010 applications on instructions from Canadian parliament, the number of these at each visa office is relatively small (probably no more than 2000 total at CHC London). Therefore there will still be 15,000 FSW visas available this year for pre-June-2010 applicants.

Best of luck,
Wayne.

But out of 15,000, there will be share for pre feb 2008 applicants as well.

Yep! so lets say 50% of the remaining visas for Pre Feb 2008 and 50% for Post Feb 2008, and theres a long cue so they're right about saying that it might take another 2 years for applications to be finalized. To Finalize cases quickly, they need to Increase their Visa Quotas, at least till the backlog finishes.

Hi Nectar,

I am a silent reader of this forum and i have been reading all your posts. I was wondering if you could help me in understanding my Caips notes that i have recieved yesterday.

PAPER FILE SENT TO: CFT FILE BF'D TO PSM ON 11-JAN-2011 MICROLOCATOR

CLIENT ID DATE OF BIRTH STATUS MEDICAL
******** **/**/**** SEC CRIM STAGE VALIDITY
1 M01 **/11/2011

My total points show 72.

Normally medicals / rprf come by TCS courier to Pakistani applicants. I think PPR too....

Thanks
