Please be advised that it is hard for me to comment on SAP 2007 applications since I have no direct experience of them or with them - but let's see about these post-June-26 applications and Nectar's "breaking news" about them hitherto, shall we?
- First Nectar said they would not get processed until October 2011 - proven WRONG
- Then he said that Feb2008-June2010 applicants, who were on the new NOC 29 list, would get priority over June 26 applicants - proven WRONG as we've seen
- Then he said average processing time would be 12 months - yet people are getting medical requests in around 3 months - so proven WRONG yet again
Now he's changed his tune completely to say that post-June-26 get priority and then post-Feb-2008 applicants. Which by the way isn't NEWS, it's what everyone has been surmising from people's actual experiences here. Nectar doesn't KNOW anything he just bodges this stuff together from what he reads here.
You guys believe whatever you like. I think Nectar is a liar. How is your 2007 SAP application going, Nectar? Have the seniors given you enough advice to assist you on it now?
I hope this information is of assistance to you.
Wayne.
Yes you are right. We are ignoring people who for some reasons are unhappy with you. You keep doing the good work nectar. People know what is right and what is wrong. Your increased positive ratings and appreciation from forum members is the proof you are doing the right job.Good work. ThanksNectar said:Dear all,
I would request all respected forum members to ignore all stupid posts on this forum and try to help one another in Canadian FSW PR and all other relevant visa applications.
Your kind co-operation will highly be appreciated.
Best wishes,
Nectar
On the rare occasions I have heard of medicals expiring, the visa office has written to the applicant to ask for update medicals to be taken.ashirale said:I am an Aug 2007 applicant (AOR: Sept 2007). My medicals were completed in Sept 2010. Updated Police certificate was sent in March 2011 on request from CHC-London. Since then....nothing :'(
Status according to IMS response is "Awaiting officer review".
I'm tired ...and nervous about my looming medicals expiry (sept 2011)
But out of 15,000, there will be share for pre feb 2008 applicants as well.Cappuccino said:On the rare occasions I have heard of medicals expiring, the visa office has written to the applicant to ask for update medicals to be taken.
If they requested updated PCCs then hopefully they think they will be in a position to finalise your application at least within 12 months of then (otherwise why would they bother asking?).
Although it now seems certain that all visa offices are prioritising post-June-2010 applications on instructions from Canadian parliament, the number of these at each visa office is relatively small (probably no more than 2000 total at CHC London). Therefore there will still be 15,000 FSW visas available this year for pre-June-2010 applicants.
Best of luck,
Wayne.

Normally medicals / rprf come by TCS courier to Pakistani applicants. I think PPR too....snbajwa said:Hi All,
Can any body tell, CHC London sends PPR through mail or e-mail..?
Thanks.
