i have same note in my caip but its not RCMP ITS RCM2 What does its stand for RCM and also as per you post bar code 013 is good so i have this barcode with my second AOR.
Dear Drooza,

In my opinion RCM2 is not related to RCMP but a 2nd crimnality check request.

In CAIPS, CHC London was using 013 code for prospective immigrants.

Dear K_S,

According to current scenario, the active processing may take 8-12 months so, 1st quarter of 2012 will be very important for you.

i applied in jan 2011. When will my app start processing. My visa office i London and am in Pakistan. CIO issued PER on 17 March 2011 and London VO received my app on April 4 2011.

thanks

Adroit
Dear Adroit,

It's very early to state processing time period for Pakistani applications submitted recently and are being processed at CHC London.

The situation is very dynamic, subject to change and of course a limited PR visa quota for Pakistani applications at CHC London.

Suppose new law comes and said that who his job offer + basic english for Trade people level B, and i am old applicant it does not apply on me.

Can I submit new application with same job offer as per new law? my job offer is valid till sep 2013.
Dear Drooza,

1- The situation is dynamic and, just like IELTS results benefits for all applicants, you may/may not get a benefit.

2- You may submit a new application if you have got a valid job offer from Canada.

Thnx for your quick reply Nectar +1 for u. Any idea until now how many applications received by London VO (post 26 June 2010) from CIO Sydney Nova Scotia.

Please note CIO received 12,379 of 20,000 as of May 20, 2011.

Dear Nectar
As per your advise I sent an email in the first week of May to my surprise the reply was the same " your file is being reviewed by VO" I had submitted my documents with AEO in Sept 2010. My CAIPS show nothing except the details of my last email querry. My last BF'D according to CAIPS was 18th March 2011. My documents are very clean and my file is complete from documentation point of view.
Can you please advise what could be the possible reason for the delay..???

Dear Nectar,
I applied in December 2009 under NOC4121. I got my 2nd AOR from London CHC dated 26 July 2010. I wrote to you a month or so back about my status which was static at RBVO. However it changed to 'In Process' with the same RBVO details on 19th April.
1. How long do you predict I will have to wait from this point onward?
2. Also, on some threads people are spreading the rumours that some NOC categories are being outright rejected because they are not needed anymore. Can that really happen when your points score is significantly higher than the minimum and at the time of the application you fulfilled all criteria? It would be very unprofessional of CIC if there is any truth to this.
Thanks,
Beckett

Dear Nectar,

I am new to this forum but have been following your thread. I applied to CIO under NOC#0213 and they received my application on Feb 11, 2010. I got my 1st AOR on Mar 22, 2010 from CIO, and the file was transferred to CHC in Port of Spain (POS), Trinidad on Mar 31, 2010. I submitted my full docs to CHC, POS on May 27, 2010 and got my 2nd AOR on Jun 16, 2010 with the 013 bar code.

I requested CAIPS notes and discovered that no points were allocated to my file except for my age, and the b/f date was Dec 1, 2010. I would like to know, when can I expect a medical request? I have not been able to get a response from CHC, POS, and when I look at other threads someone said that NOC#0213 has reached its quota and you would have to wait about two years.

I am urgently requesting your assistance because my family life is on hold.

Regards,

BNT

Dear Sama2007,

As for as I am aware, CHC London will finalise those SAP 2007 FSW applications which have already undergone medicals stage. Even if you receive medical instructions in near future you will have to wait until 2012 I am afraid.

Dear Nona007,

The CHC London's file review timeframe is about 3-5 days, it seems to me that your file is being reviewed in consultation with IPM and it's a normal routine.

Good Luck !

Dear beckett,

If you won't receive a correspondence within 3rd quarter of 2011 please be advised to assume that your file will likely to be finalised by mid 2012.

This is totally incorrect information that CHC London will refuse PR viasas on the basis on NOCs.
