What about application with JOB OFFER AEO like me i have applied in back sep 2009 got in process june 2010 got caips PESDEC 1 SECDEC 4 when shall i expect medicals? does AEO applications also delayed?

The AEO PR applications are always dealt by 'Priority Team' at CHC London with priority. The cause of delay may be a lengthy documents verification process and bachground checks.

Dear Sir Nector,

Please give advice as per today's saturation at canadian market needs for Selecting Applicants With Job offer as minister said that proposed changes with give benefit to applicant who are Trademans with job offer if he has basic english language he will be selected for immigration so the application with job offer having basic english laguage on level B like me will have benefit now or not after this proposed changes may come.

my 2aor is of August-2010 and In Process (with RBVO detaail) is f 01-march-2011...
when will i expect medicals from chc-london...(i applied from Pakistan)

whats ur information regarrding IN PROCESS status with Recieved by Visa office Details...but no processing line addition?

I am Aug. 2009 applicant, London VO (NOC 0213). Got in process in July 2010 and done medicals in Sept. 2010 and new born medicals in Dec. 2010. Received request for updated PCC on 3 May and submitted on 10 May.

Can you please let me know shall I expect my PPR.

The immigration officers enter such notes in the CIC application processing system.

This means,

In conjuction with CSIS, Royal Canadian Mountain Police has returned the request for your security check (Some information may be missing in request). But good thing, the IO has rectified the error and request for your security checks has already been re-sent. LIST stands for IO's tag.

Canadian Immigration Law clearly states that every PR application must be processed according to law in place at the time of application sybmission.

i have same note in my caip but its not RCMP ITS RCM2 What does its stand for RCM and also as per you post bar code 013 is good so i have this barcode with my second AOR.

what about In Process status? and as per ur information pre june-2010 applicants processing time is 16 months...
from date of 2Aor (August-2010) this means i will get visa upto december-2011
if its still on initial stage then what about prcessing time of 16 months?

Suppose new law comes and said that who his job offer + basic english for Trade people level B, and i am old applicant it does not apply on me.

Can I submit new application with same job offer as per new law? my job offer is valid till sep 2013.
