I made a point about attitudes in Canada which you seem to have ignored.

The US is different.There is a lot of empathy for those waiting for their green cards but citizenship is straight forward and the emphasis is on the interview and test to prove your Americanness. And yes, there is a culture of protest. But let’s stick to the rotten politics in Canada.

Lobbying - yes. Protests - maybe. But none of that has been effective in having a positive impact on the people waiting for so long for their GCs there.

I haven't been here long enough to know much about non-native Canadians' attitude towards new immigrants. So can't really comment on that.

Yeah better to stick to Canadian politics. Discussing US is useless.

I would say 99% of the South Asian community supports migration and a majority of white Canadians too. As an indigenous Person, I know and understand the native attitude also: a bunch of uninvited guests arguing over their right to be where they do not belong. Like a couple of strangers show up at your house and bicker over who gets the master bedroom. The first thing I did when I moved here was to make an offering to an elder and humbly ask for permission to be on this sacred land. I do that every time I move to a new location. It is appreciated. So in my moral view, I am already a citizen or “honoured guest” and I uphold the natural laws of the land laid down by the indigenous owners of this land. there's a running joke among native people about "indian government cards".

Pretty sure he said there's nothing wrong with frustration as long as its directed towards right channel.
Oh and btw my pr application was delayed by more than 2 years because one of my pcc was close to 6-month expiry. And we found that out just because of gcms.
But I have seen what's it like to work in such conditions. Heck I have gone through it myself, when there's so many balls thrown at you to juggle, there's bound to be some balls getting dropped.

But I guess its too much to ask for some tiny bit of critical thinking?

That was a requirement for an Outland applicant that was in Canada when they received their CoPR. They didn't need to actually leave Canada; they had the option to flagpole at a land border, which means that they never really left Canada.

Attention only those applicants whose files are from Montréal office and Oath scheduled for the dated 20th April, 2023 at 8:15am which was canceled!

Me and one of the applicant got a call today for the availability for a tomorrow's Oath Ceremony at 1pm which is 26th April, 2023, So I confirmed and received the confirmation over the email. I request you to please look into your cell phone's voice mail if you have missed the call or if you have received the call from the IRCC then fair enough.
