I think we need to be realistic about our chances to migrate to Canada. I mean, out of thousands and thousands of applicants out there, CIC cannot accommodate us all, because they need to choose quality candidates as well.
If you have very good credentials (english, work experience, job offer, connections), it will show in your CRS and chances are, you will be invited eventually. For those lacking the points, that's where sheer determination comes into play (up your IELTS, ECA, or work exp...or apply for nomination).
Hard work, faith, and luck will eventually get you to the goal
Let's not hate on CIC and its unpredictable draws hehe.
