I received the letter in email saying I am eligible as a sponsor but one question, I have submitted everything except medical which I have appointment booked for today.so Just want to make sure this is standard email or do I need to resend all documents or only medical.

Updated residential address: You are required to provide the current residential address for the principal applicant and their dependant family member (if applicable). You must report any changes to their address, telephone number(s) and email address immediately throughout the processing of your application. Failure to provide updates may result in processing delays.
• Immigration Medical Examination: The principal applicant and their dependant family member (if applicable) must each complete an Immigration Medical Examination in support of this application. Instructions for the medicals will be sent separately. Please complete all required testing within the timeframe specified on the instructions. •
Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF): The Right of Permanent Residence Fee(s) must be submitted to this office. Please refer to the CIC Website for detailed instructions on how to pay immigration fees: www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp. • Biometrics (if applicable): On July 31st, 2018, biometrics became a requirement for some IRCC applicants. If your relatives are required to complete biometrics, they would have received a request for fees and an instruction letter with details on how to submit biometrics. If they have yet to submit biometrics, they should do so immediately. Biometrics requirements can be found on our website: www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/biometrics.asp.
• Police Certificate: The principal applicant and their dependant family member (if applicable) must provide police certificates from: • The country where they currently live, and • Any country they have resided for a period of six months or longer since the age of 18. Your relative is required to obtain the police certificate from that country’s law enforcement authorities. Please send a copy of the original police certificate to this office as soon as they receive it. Follow these instructions to ensure you provide the correct police certificates: www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/index.asp.
• Details of Military Service – IMM 5546 (if applicable): The principal applicant and their dependant family member (if applicable) must complete this form if they served in the military, army, defence or police unit, (including National Service), and submit a copy of the military card/booklet, including blank pages, as applicable. If exempt from compulsory service, please provide official proof of military exemption from the relevant authority.
• CV/Resume: The principal applicant and their dependant family member (if applicable) must provide an in-depth CV/resume containing details of their education, employment and professional history since the age of 18. For periods of employment ensure to include the dates of employment, the name of their employer, their position title, detailed job duties, and location. There must be no gaps in information.

Dear you do not book medical until you get a seprate medical request document because they won't do medical with this letter.
You need to do PCC etc if already done then reply them again in new email and provide these documents.

My application was in 2023 and it took 11 months to get PR for my parents, things move fast after medical. Hopefully yoir parents will get PR in 3-4 months

Processing was really fast for a period of time. Not sure processing will be as fast as it used to be as quotas decrease and IRCC tries to tighten immigration.

Received message to submit a copy of new passport. As current is set to expire in December. However at time of application it had greater than 12 month validity. Is this common ?

IRCC wants people to have a valid passport for 1+ years because that can take time and can cause issues down the road if you get to the end of processing and passport is no longer valid. For some they can not renew passport from abroad, can be a lengthy process even in their home country, etc.

What is the current processing time of PR for the Parents. We done medical and biometric.

Hugely variable. Could be a year could be 3+ years. Dependent on so many things.

Hi all, one quick question as not sure if they are asking me to submit two IMM5669 or only the eIMM5669.
Because the eIMM5669 doesn't have anything to print and sign by hand rather e-signature and then validate. The non eIMM5669 does have that print and sign option so a bit confused. Any help will be great.

In the email it says below:
"IMM 5669 (For principal Applicant): The schedule A (IMM 5669) is incomplete. Please ensure that the form has been completed with details of your Personal history (section 6) and/or Address History (Section 10) since the age of 18 or the past 10 years, which is more recent and does not contain any gaps. There is missing personal history and/or address history for the following time period: 2014/10-2024/07. Please provide a newly completed IMM 5669. Please ensure to complete all questions of the form. Please ensure that you sign the form by hand and dated once it has been printed. Note: for question 6 in the schedule A, if you have not worked in the past 10 years ( i.e., retired) you must provide details of your personal history since the age of 18. Please submit the eIMM5669 (2022-24) version. "

Dec 2024- Recieved request for additional documents including CV for my father, which I had uploaded while submitting application in Jul 2024
Jan 2025- Emailed all documents including CV of my father as requested
Feb 2025- App rejected, citing incomplete CV of my father. All basic info like name, address DOB, employment history were provided in his CV.


What options do I have beside submitting web form on IRCC website which I have already done?
