I have also received AOR on 14th Feb. (App. submitted 27th July >> ADR Submitted 22nd Jan). For PCC from India do we need to get it from Local Police Station or from Passport Seva Kendra? Also I am reading applicants mentioning they are linking application in GC key account - Would appreciate if someone can explain what is this and when we can do it? Thanks
You can do from PassportIndia website or local thana (SP office).
For linking you need to create GC key and there is an option link an application. Chose that and answer the questions and you can see the application

Hi Kaur989

Looks like someone is really out here to help!

Are there chances for IRCC to inquire about 2024 income after getting Approval as Sponsor letter

They shouldn't but they can.
It says "To show that you have enough money, you’ll have to prove that you meet the income requirements for each of the 3 tax years before the date you apply"
Because we are in need of the approvals and they need any reason to reject therefore it is best to maintain the income for 2024 as well.

Hi Everyone,

We have some weird situation happened in our PGP file. After submitting Police clearance, they assessed Financial Evaluation form and looks like mis-calculated total income for 2023 and counted around $71k (mini. needs $86000 for 2023). Based on minimum income requirement, IRCC official just sent letter saying "File has been withdrawn as you selected withdraw file if find ineligible and refund fees less $75". File withdrawn without any prior notice and IRCC also mentioned "no rights to appeal this decision" on letter. The 2023 income was total of $91K. I am 100% sure they have wrongly calculated 2023 income. Now I am wondering how to open the case with IRCC to re-open file and re-assess again.

Below are the exact words mentioned in letter.

"We have reviewed your application and regret to advise that you are not an eligible sponsor for the following
reason(s):
Pursuant to regulation 133(1)(j)(i), you do not meet the minimum necessary income requirement. Please refer
to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations below for details.
You indicated on your sponsorship application that you wish to withdraw your application if found ineligible. As
a result, your sponsorship application has been officially withdrawn and no further action will be taken. There is
no right to appeal this decision.

A refund of all paid fees minus the sponsorship fee of $75 has been requested on your behalf. If you paid by
credit card, it will be credited back to your credit card account. Otherwise, a cheque will be mailed to you at the
address indicated above in approximately six to eight weeks.
The Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) and all supporting documentation are hereby
returned to you."

Can Immigration Lawyer help with this case? What are the options to re-open the case?

I experienced the same issue but chose not to withdraw the file in the application form. Additionally, I submitted a web form regarding an income miscalculation. They re-evaluated my income and approved me as a sponsor.

Please open your CRA account and see if there was any reassessment issued for that year? You should never chose withdraw option. Webform and calling IRCC is the best option with a strong submission letter explaining all facts
If you need more information kindly contact me in personal message.
