Hi All, Received a Biometrics instruction Letter today evening for my mother's PGP application.

I had submitted the PGP application on June 20th, 2024, then after have not received any ADR or AOR until today received the Biometrics request Letter.

I was also able to link my mom's application in GC key account using the application# so that was great. She had done Biometrics before as part of her Supervisa application and in the GC key account i am able to see that it still shows valid (valid until 2033 and has Biometric number) but i guess since they have sent a Biometric request today so my mom will need to do it again so i have booked appointment for Biometrics collection this Friday. Planning to call IRCC tomorrow morning and just double check before her appointment.

Congratulations :)! Did you pay the Biometric fee while submitting the PGP applicatio? If, I am not mistaken the SuperVisa or Regular Visa biometric is not valid for PR.

Hey contact me at +1-647-706-0054
6ix City Immigration Inc.
I can understand I have applied my parents file as well. These situations are hard. Free consultation don't worry in case you need an advice how to proceed ahead (it's quite late i know you must have done something though)
Hi All

Need suggestions on what I can do next to make an appeal to re-open my PGP 2024 application.

I submitted by interest to sponsor my parents under PGP in 2020. Received invitation to apply for PGP in 2024. Applied to PGP in July 2024. Received email about missing information esp. following :

IMM 5669 (for Principal Applicant)
IMM 5406 (for Principal Applicant)
Resume (for Principal Applicant)
IMM 5669 (for Dependant)
IMM 5406 (for Dependant)
Proof of Relationship to Principal Applicant
Resume (for Dependant)

Submitted all required information within 30 days through email in Dec 2024. However, suddenly in Jan 10, I received am email from IRCC that because the 30 days have to submit the information, they are closing the file and mentioned following are missing :

- [PA] IMM 5406 (for Principal Applicant): Incomplete
- [PA] Resume (for Principal Applicant): Incomplete
- [DEP] IMM 5406 (for Dependant): Incomplete

No other details on what is missing since I already submitted them. So, I called the IRCC call centre but I made a mistake to not submit Representative form so they did not give me any details. I submitted IMM 5476 through IRCC.CPCMParentsandGrandparents-Parentsetgrands-parentsCTDM.IRCC@cic.gc.ca

I called thte IRCC call centre again last week but disconnected due to large volume. I will continue to call this week for follow-up and getting additional details esp. an appeal to re-open the file so that I can get a chance to submit missing information.

Has anyone has similar case ? If so, were you able to appeal and re-open the file ? Did you hire a lawyer or Immigrant consultant etc. ? TBH, I am lost and not sure what I can do next. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Thank you. I did pay the Biometric fee while submitting the PGP app, i remember reading too somewhere on this forum that Biometric needs to be done again for PR and the one from supervisa etc. is not valid. I will just get it done this week.

I have also received AOR on 14th Feb. (App. submitted 27th July >> ADR Submitted 22nd Jan). For PCC from India do we need to get it from Local Police Station or from Passport Seva Kendra? Also I am reading applicants mentioning they are linking application in GC key account - Would appreciate if someone can explain what is this and when we can do it? Thanks

Hi All,

I am looking for some advise/inputs on timelines and process for the PGP application (I am PGP2024 applicant and received AOR on 14th Feb). Pls let me know if someone here is kind enough to spare some time so that I connect 1-1 to clear my queries. Thanks.

If you ended relationship in 2023. She will be counted in family income size till 2023.
You and your spouse (even if you’re separated, in most cases) or common-law partner are added in family income size.
If they aren’t co-signing, only include them for the years they meet the definition of a spouse or common-law partner.

First, thank you for your answer.

She was just my girl friend (not wife), we ended the relationship in mid 2023.
Well, she was never a co-signer + they did not count her income, so why count her as a person and make it a 4 family member.

Plus they could have asked for income of 2023 and 2024 which will be more accurate since a lot of years passed.

what is a certified IRCC agent ?

Please advise guys :(

Can you share the letter and document at +1-647-706-0054
Happy to help for free.
Harshpreet from 6ix City Immigration.
Hi Everyone, quick question though it sounds so simple but I am confused a bit. I got an email asking
"proof of relationship (SPR): Your birth certificate has been received as proof of your relationship to the principal applicant and dependent. If the document originally issued by a government authority was not in English or French, please provide a certified copy of both the document in the original language (Birth/Marrige/Death/Divorce Certificate) along with a certified translation in English or French. Additional information is required. Please provide a copy of your Bangladesh Passport and old school records."

Now the birth certificate I provided initially was issued in English to begin with so not sure why they are asking for it again. Should I tell them it was originally issued in English so I don't need to give certified copy. Not sure what they mean by certified copy either. Do I need to also do the same for the school records as those were also issued in English too and I didn't translate them. Please let me know your thoughts.

Biometrics for PR files are done seprately. Old Biometrics done for TR files can't be used for PR file.
