is there any thread which explains how to fill forms, I mean what we must take care. my parents will be filling form so I want to send list or detailed process more explanatory.

do we need to submit all pages of passport? for parents and applicant both?
my income is sufficient to meet minimum requirement than do I need to show my wife as a cosigner?

If your wife is willing to co-sign would do it because in this economy a job loss is possible and you must maintain LICO.

Hi,

I got invitation for my Parent PR Invitation for my mother. My father passed away. But she is our step mother.
May I know what documents will be useful to support our relationship. She doesn't have a marriage certificate. But her passport have my father's name

You cannot sponsor a step parent unless she officially adopted you. Sorry for your lost.

Sorry for your loss. Because she is not a blood relative she cannot be principal applicant and cannot be sponsored by you. If she adopted you then she can so include adoption papers.

What people fail to understand with stepparents is that they are not actually being sponsored they are considered the dependent of the biological parent. If the biological parent passes that is why they no longer qualify for PGP unless they have already adopted you. They would not qualify for a supervisa for the same reason

Hello Everyone,

My parents don't have a marriage certificate, however they have their spouse's name on each other's passports and other government-issued documents. How to proceed with this?
Also, my father passed away in 2018, and I do have a Death Certificate.

Do I still require a marriage certificate?
