A question: I am thinking of contacting my MP because I cannot get through to IRCC and see what's going on on my file. My question is: do I need to print out any forms and sign, or I can sign the forms sent by the representative on my computer? I don't have a printer, and it would be a little more inconvenient for me to go out and print them.

My file closed on ecas on dec 03rd and on portal on dec 06.. probably this week i will receive the certificate
Can you please share what are the steps to contact our MPs? Do we have to print out any forms and sign them, or everything is done online?
It's fine, you don't need to print it. I signed the form electronically and it was accepted.
Contact your MP and tell them your situation and that you want to get information on your file. They will ask you to fill up and sign form IMM5475 (I signed electronically) and send it with a scan of an identity card. I sent a scan of my PR card but I suppose they will accept a driver's licence or health card.
