Is anyone from November 2022 still awaiting the mercy of IRCC? I'm a November 2022 applicant, and all turned green. However, three weeks ago, my background check expired. They requested a new fingerprint,after sending a new waiting for updates.

How did background check expired?

FP is only valid for a year.

I sent another FP last month, and my background status switched to "Complete" again. Today marks over 18 months since I applied for my citizenship and 7 months since my LPP turned green. I'm still waiting on the oath.

Try to call IRCC and ask what is blocking your application, especially with the current 8 months processing time. If it is a third party, then you had to just wait
Otherwise, they should send a note to your officer
