Thanks @Das67
I saw that link and that suggests requesting the records from our doctor. Is that mean there is no central body where we can put our request for our doctors' visits and lab visits? I thought Ontario based applicants are submitting their requests to their provincial authority, that's why I am a bit confused about BC.
I think it depends on province, in AB it's about the same you need to go through your family doctor first and if for some reason you can't get it from him/her then you need to go through your health authorities. I recall doing it for my daughter and was faster by going through our family's doctor.

Thanks, @Das67 for more inputs.

I was researching this and found out that we can request clinical records from our family doctor and MSP (Medical Services Plan) data from the authority. I am posting links here so that anyone looking for the same can be benefitted.

https://www2.gov.bc.ca/assets/gov/health/forms/2942fil.pdf

However, we need to mail the form for MSP data to the authority (no option for online submission) and they suggest that it may take up to six weeks.

So, yes, going through the family doctor will be faster.

It took me two weeks to get my daughter's medical records report from our family doctor ( before covid though).

I will talk to my doctor and hope she will be able to process it. If not, I can send my request to the authority.

Thanks. Yes it seems that they are asking these documents for all test invitees.

Health summary has been requested which will come in Jan/Feb.

5MB:
Thanks for the small but important note. Seems now the challenge is to bring down the file size to 5MB. Any tool you used?
I have around 16+4+36+36+3+32+55+claims pages. The ones i scanned are huge. I tried with some online tools but not reducing more than 60%. Seems that i need to rescan to see if i can get it reduced and then compress.

Please can you share details on how to request health summary in Ontario?

I need instructions for requesting personal health summary for the province of Ontario and Quebec
I assume this is what needed for Ontario. I am also new to citizenship;)

Go to : http://www.health.gov.on.ca/en/public/programs/ohip/phi_access/default.aspx
Click on : access the electronic submission form under Electronic Submission
Down load the pdf file and place it in right location before you enter data to refer it later.
Enter needed information. It looks like we could submit the request right from the pdf file.
You would get an email confirmation quickly.

Data:
Type of request: Limited personal claims history(as per help hint in pdf, we can request this for cic)
Time period: I chose option2.

Hi everyone, I have a question regarding medical record. I lived in two different provinces, but I had a medical card only in first province I lived. Do I have to ask for my record from the province I never had a medical card or not? Thanks!

Hi
I have a quick question my mom and I have plan to send applications in couple day. My questions is can she use her country passport and Alberta health card for personal identification documents? (Because she doesn’t have any ID.)
Thanks

It is good that you can submit the request online for Ontario, for BC it has to be mailed in.
@harirajmohan Can we use our mobile phone camera or camscanner app to scan the documents or it should be a real scanner which I don't want to buy specifically for this purpose?

Any device is fine as long as the content is readable but if the phone app produces small size file then its good.

One quick question. Have you submitted in Ontario? if so Did you select full summary (or) partial summary in first option?
