At what time of the day are people receiving the emails for their AOR's?

hello there, i sent our application package through regular mail also and Same thing I wasn’t able to track my package. Happy to share I just got my AOR this morning. Thank God. Pls see my status below. Just wait for sure you will be next.

I applied for my wife citizenship application on Nov 14 2019.i sent package through regular mail I was wondering if anyone else sent package via canada post regular mail and recived any update from CIC in my case I have not recived any letter AOR from cic.i contact ircc web forum via email they replied that application is not in the system yet.i cant track if my package is recived or not
