Submitted my profile in June'16 with a score of 458 no nominations received yet.

Now my score dropped to 453 due to age.

Now these changes. I don't know where I will end up now.

Age- 90
Level of Education-119
First Official Language Proficiency-119
Spouse-First Official Language Proficiency-16
Education-50
Foreign Work Experience-50

IELTS score - CLB 7, Work Ex- more than 7 years

Can anyone guide how low will my score go due to these changes?
Unless you got your degree in Canada, there's no changes.

International student who has graduated from a 3 years program with 1 year Canadian work exp and clb 9 would score close to 438+30 additional points = 468. About 356,574 international students are admitted to Canada every year if we assume only 10% of students satisfy the above condition. Then there would be around 35000 candidates in the pool who will have a score of 468 after 19 NOV.
Your analysis are compelete hoax there were only 60,000 active pool members as of on 3rd jan 2016. EE year end report stated that. And only 15,000 candidates were above 400 points upto the level of 1200. Now in this year thousands have already got invitations and thousands are also coming in. So if there are 75,000 applicants active as of now. I think there will be at max 20,000 applicants in the bracket of 400-500. And around 60% of them would be FSW or CEC as they are the ones who constantly wants to increase their points either by retaking language tests or getting more work experience. Intl students needs 1-2 yr exp CLB 8 and bachelors to get them 420. And I think they already qualify for CEC by getting work experience. So at max there will be aroumd 7-8K intl students will be around in the bracket of 430-440 which will give them 460-470 thus making first few draws high scoring. As ITAs number are going up we will see this clearing up quickly. With existing getting cleared in about say 3-4 months the new lot will not come in fast because getting a bachelors degree requires time. So they will not come as fast as we were getting the people whom were getting LMIAs and guarantee ITA. In this case the scores will drop. I will not say it will go below 400 or coming down to 400. But after some draws it will certainly go below 450 down to the level of 425.

This all started with a letter from MR. Trudeau to Mr. McCallum requesting to make amendments in the existing CRS to provide more opportunities for applicants who have Canadian siblings. I am very shocked to see that nothing is mentioned about the applicants who have Canadian siblings. I think there is some more news to come.

Really shocked to see they haven't given points to applicants who have Canadian siblings yet. Hope they implement this soon.

Ok guys i need your help please and advice regarding my full
Situation here ,my wife and i are both dentists so we have masters in the crs points for now,i scored max clb 10 in all ielts modules but she has much lower scores in her ielts, our score is 463 as of now and i will be loosing 5 points due to age factor by nov,so by the upcoming changes will we benefit and have increased scores or should i let her resit the ielts and hope for a 3-6 points increase as per the old crs calculator.nb: if she re sits the exam we will only have one draw before my score drops by 5 points so is it worth it or should i wait since from my understanding our points will increase with the new rules if am not mistaken

I'm sitting at exactly 500. I just hope it doesn't go over 500 :p (thankfully, that only happened once this year). With increased number of ITAs next year I doubt that will happen, though. Anyone else in my situation?

All extra points will help here, but if she is listed as the spouse, your points will only increase by roughly 5, so you will likely be in the same score you are now, past Nov.

Not necessarily, there's just going to be a lot more people in that mid score range 400-450.

450 Human Capital (foreign Master's degree, 2-3 years foreign work exp, 28 yrs old, CLB 10) + LMIA (50). I just started working on LMIA work permit on a full time\permanent job in noc 2174.

For students, who would have known as we all thought (even lawyers) that there will be another stream.

The same might happen for French and siblings with much more points under Express Entry itself, as normally what I see is that Francophone scores in the range 300s.
Except no such stream was announced in the plan of 2017.

We have Economy immigrants (where belongs FSW and CEC people and newly East Coast Priorities)
We have PNP stream (numbers are stated separately)
Then there are living care givers
and Quebec related
After we have family stream (with spouse, children, parents and grand parents)
and after are refugees and additional protecion.

Nowhere in this planning a special stream for international students, french speakers or siblings was listed.

The closest you can get to that is if you choose to go with provincial nomination (which is still PNP stream never the less).

So my question is will her ielts test have a greater impact or it remains the same after the changes plus according to my situation should i expect an increase in points with the changes?

Same. The only changes are extra points for international students and fewer points for LMIA.

If you graduated from a Canadian uni you get extra points. Otherwise not.

Your spouse gets a max 20 points for CLB 10 over all. So I'm guessing her score is around 14ish now? So if she max's out, you'll get an extra 6 points which will offset the 5 you iOS for your age.
