I'm currently in USA. I see many people posted their VO. Where can I find mine?
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/complete-0008-5669.htmlRecently i got married and informed ircc. they've sent me few forms. One of them is imm0008 which is very confusing.
It says that should be filled by me and my spouse. inside form first info to be given is of primary applicant. But if i get it filled by my spouse, wouldn't she become primary applicant?
Eligibility can take up to 4 to 5 months post AOR and then Security screening will start which can take 2 to 3 months. Thereafter the final decision.
So if security takes 2 to 3 months , for people like us who didn't give biometrics we should expect PPR in 2021, going by how long they stopped the medical examination ( for more than 4 months before resuming ) I guess that biometrics should remain suspended for at least the same amount of time , that's 6-7 months of waiting before PPR for me at least ( VFS Canada announced closing on July 1st in my country) , which get me to January- February 2021, and a total processing time of almost a year.Eligibility can take up to 4 to 5 months post AOR and then Security screening will start which can take 2 to 3 months. Its not like that there are cases whose security clearance can change in a few days too. So it all depends on your file! For some it might take a year! No one knows not even the officer working on your file!So if security takes 2 to 3 months , for people like us who didn't give biometrics we should expect PPR in 2021, going by how long they stopped the medical examination ( for more than 4 months before resuming ) I guess that biometrics should remain suspended for at least the same amount of time , that's 6-7 months of waiting before PPR for me at least ( VFS Canada announced closing on July 1st in my country) , which get me to January- February 2021, and a total processing time of almost a year.
Hopefully, We are all waiting for VFS to reopen, they are operating in only a few countries. Its not like that there are cases whose security clearance can change in a few days too. So it all depends on your file! For some it might take a year! No one knows not even the officer working on your file!
That's unfortunate but IRCC has been falling behind it's stated goal regardless of processing 80% of applications in 6 months, in 2019 only 60% of applications were completed in 6 monthsSo if security takes 2 to 3 months , for people like us who didn't give biometrics we should expect PPR in 2021, going by how long they stopped the medical examination ( for more than 4 months before resuming ) I guess that biometrics should remain suspended for at least the same amount of time , that's 6-7 months of waiting before PPR for me at least ( VFS Canada announced closing on July 1st in my country) , which get me to January- February 2021, and a total processing time of almost a year.
Info sharing refers to IRCC sharing information with partner countries and departments. See https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/mandate/policies-operational-instructions-agreements/agreements.htmlHello @legalfalcon
In GCMS notes, under Info Sharing : it says "System error"
So what does that mean,
and also what are the activities coming under INFO SHARING ??? At what stage does it become COMPLETED
Thanks in Advance
