I am having the same issue since couple of days...

I'm in USA now. My AOR is March 20220. I don't think there any advantage for US residents.

I called IRCC and the agent said my medicals are extended until May 12, 2022. I mentioned that from GCMS notes I know my application is approved, she said even though it says that, they can't confirm yet.

Congratulations. Did the email say how long the medicals extension is valid? My AOR is March 18...everything was approved in Sep...not even a single update since then. Profile is similar to yours. FSW-O USA, H1-b, Single.

My AOR date is March 17, as per GCMS notes, it was approved in September there is no activity since then. I ordered GCMS notes again and I got them today. There is no change at all. I know my medicals are expired...but the Medicals show as 'Passed'. Is there any way we can tell if they are...
