Guys i received today a ghost update on my PR card application linked in Gc key, what can it be for ? can someone with this experience throw some light. Last night i received "revision required" on my portal link, when i checked it was to update the address properly, so i updated the same.

If you aren't claiming points for this experience, it's okay not to include this in work history, and later on you can show it in personal history for which you don't have to show any proof.

@Akinejyam I think you can do that by raising a webform, i suggest you to ask other experts also on the same, Because anways you will have to update your new passport once you receive through webform.
