2- People did send medical upfront and got no sensible advantage as it is requested early in the process anyway.
3- It is better to keep it, scan it, and be prepared to send the scanned copy once requested on the CIC linked account. People reported requests for it even though they sent PCC upfront. Stick to the instructions.
