We've been scheduled (on tracker) for the Oath Ceremony on April 20. The update happened on March 28. No email arrived so far. Any one in the same boat? Does it take that long? I checked all of course. Should we act somehow now?

Had Oath today in the Chinese Cultural Center in Scarborough. Went smoothly. They just looked at the PR card. We were ~300 and there was a previous ceremony in the same day of another 300.
Judge adviced everyone wait till Tuesday to apply for passport.

They would reschedule that for you in a future date. In the case I know about, the new date was 4 months later, and the new invitation arrived by mail. The oath was then scheduled another 4 months after that. That was in Scarborough.
Just found my Oath invitation on the ECAS system.

You had a "decision made" on your file, which is surely acceptance. Therefore, the only thing preventing them from sending you an oath invitation is finding you a spot. They are overcrowded these days.
It is the security clearance. They need a clearance from wherever they contact regarding you, based on your origins and past travels. This takes time and all they can do is wait for reports to arrive. They do not share these info on GCMS notes.
