Congrats!!

I have a question regarding your trips. what did the interviewer ask check? and how did it all go?

I am worried as my passport does not have all the stamps as I travel a lot by road. and that will cause issues.

Use the website https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home for your USA travel history. Print out the history and take it along with you. Lucky I printed this for my own interview as the interviewer was asking how I know the exact date of arrival & departure since my passport was not stamped. I just showed him the printout from the website and he was ok with it.

I attended my citizenship test yesterday at Mississauga office and passed with 20/20. During the interview the officer checked my passport stamps and took authorization for i-94 entry/exit records. He told me everything is good and he needs to verify the exit records from Canada as I only applied with 1104 days of presence. He told me that he will get back to me on Monday if he found any discrepancies in the travel records. but to my surprise today the decision is already made on ecas website.

Hello all, I requested my ATIP notes and it says my file is in Scarborough and is “ORANGE TAG TEST READY”.
Anyone have any idea what orange tag means?

Thank you

I’ve been “oath ceremony ready” since early September.....since I’m officially past my 12 months now, I called again to check. This time he said that my application showed the ceremony was in the “in progress” stage.

Does anyone know if that means they are actually in the process of scheduling a date for me, or is it just a fancy way of saying the same thing (that I am oath ready)? Thank you!!

You had a "decision made" on your file, which is surely acceptance. Therefore, the only thing preventing them from sending you an oath invitation is finding you a spot. They are overcrowded these days.

I had my Citizenship exam and interview on november 29th. I passed the exam and everything went well with the interview. i was told to expect to hear about my oath ceremony.

However! I just check on ECAS and it has not been updated since the 'application received step. Is this normal or should I be worried in any way?

Thanks!

I had my exam on Nov 29th in Kitchener as well and same as you, everything went well and was told that the oath ceremony could take up to 4 months. My ECAS still shows application received step, so I think Kitchener office is just slow in updating ECAS.

Update my entry please.

Test passed Nov 30
Decision made Dec 1
