i got my AOR today and linked it today... did you get your AOR?

yes, I just got mine today around 7 am. that's what im worrying about, why it say there is no application found... its my 30th time now that i tried.. but still didn't work, i even asked my spouse to do it for me, but still no luck

Wow congrats. You said they received your app march 7 right? And you got AOR today?

Yeah, and I linked it after I got the email. I didn't have my medicals done upfront so I didn't have my 5669 and medicals submitted together which apparently makes the process a little longer.

k guys so i just got ANOTHER email that is an acknowledgement of receipt.. asking to link my account within 7 days.. because there are missing documents? when i log in, there is nothing there... does anyone elses letter say that there are documents missing and they will request them? towards the bottom of page 1?

Today I checked ECAS, got access!

Then I checked MyCIC. First attemp I used the method described by INDI and it worked! WITHOUT EVEN ENTERING PASSPORT INFO

I did not get AOR1 yet but I guess It is on its way.

MyCIC is my account, used before for study permit, visa, then EE, then PR, and now it has my wife PR application and I am her sponsor and representative. What a journey.

F. I guess that is for FAMILY. What's X? is it the sponsorship? shouldnt be on CIC.

Application numbers that start with X are (or were) temporary ones. An X simply appeared in front of the F that makes up the normal application number. When I linked my application a week prior to receiving AOR1, my application number started with X, and then a week after that the X dropped off and it went to F. The next morning, I received my AOR1 e-mail.

I'm not sure if they've changed that with the new process or not.
