The only reaspn I was given was that because the PR application was in process. But when I later found out through an MP inquiry that her eligibility had not been passed yet, i believe that could have been a reason. We had indicated that she will stay here for a month. And no, we did not submit any documents to prove she will go back. Officers are smart enough to understand that we have a PR application in process simultaneously

Then next step for you is that they will pass your eligibility. And this will happen before they request for your passport. They have to pass your eligibility in order for to finalize a decision - "Decision Made" which comes before the PPR

It was confirmed that we got the TRV approved. It doesnt expire until 2023 and its a multiple entry visa. The PR will still be processed in the mean time whicg should be soon as we got DM
