Also I have seen people from the UK and from France processed in Mississauga.

Sometimes I wish there were guidelines posted so we knew how they decided what. lol

That would be terrible because people would then create information manufactured to that end. Also they will get claims about "we fulfilled the requirement" and so on. Sadly people use information to give CIC a hard time on a subject they don't fully understand, so it is better for us and them to keep things like this.

So again just spotting a trend here, the none american applications, i've seen SA feb 24, feb 25, and now Feb 27 within the last few days, so if going in order of receipt if not american, they are near the end of Feb before even starting the March applicants, just goin off last few days.

Yeah I am noticing the same! Also the number of applications per month is going down according to the sheet. January had 45 applications, April had only 9 applications. Hope that is going to let them go through March applications faster, same as they did with the AORs.
