There is no preference in Ottawa. I applied in September 2014 and I am STILL waiting to have a decision made on my application. It has been sitting in Ottawa since October 28th.

Mississauga, I do agree it seems to move quicker.

We are talking about SA, and from your sidebar, you got yours in October.

But do you agree it's a hugh coincidence?

It all depends on how CPC-M is set-up. If employees only work on specific countries of origin, then it makes sense that if one of these people is faster the others in the same queue are faster as well. If employees process cases randomly based on arrival/completion, then looking at only at the March applications listed with AOR, it's a 3.6% chance, equal to the New Jersey Devils winning the 2011 Lottery Draft. However, the processing times show that it's highly variable and fitting the normal distribution of events. Thus, our sample of the total approvals information is most likely skewed. We have information on only 0.6% of the real March applications.
