AOR2 is directly with the office abroad.
If he calls about his aor, since he's a March 23 applicant, it'll be a waste of time. They'll tell only they're working on 25 February apps.

I called them this morning and they told me that I have to wait :-[

So it tuns out that they forgot to put email address on my file for some reason and that delayed my AOR. After frustrating calls to CIC for almost two weeks, a rep told me details about my application. I've updated spreadsheet.
