Is it Outland application? PA is in Canada? When did you update the address? We updated the address in February but as of now no pr portal access, March 20th BG completed.
yes its outland application, PA living in canada. Received both Portal1 and Portal2 email on March 25th,2026. photo submitted and Address updated the same day. On a separate note: how are you updating the address without PR confirmation portal?
I updated address on the application when PA arrived in Canada using webform. Yesterday I received a letter on GCKey account, asking to confirm if PA is in Canada.
I had appendix B in the email/gckey PDF that was sent to me on the fifth page of the document.
Did you have any instructions stating to provide applicant height and eye color?
I had to send in two Canadian passport style photos. Just received a message that they need to be retaken because the background was some color tint instead of white

If it was not requested in PPR letter, then you do not need to submit. With the latest online application, this information is requested during the initial application. Check your IMM0008, you must have already submitted Height and Eye Color.
