Hi shshivam, what type of school have you attended? for how long was the program? It's still not clear to me if the duration of the work permit is based on the credits or years of course

I attended Sheridan College for 3 years 4 months for an advanced diploma in Computer Systems Technology. I seem to be given a work permit for 2 years 9 months.

Is your passport expiring in 2 years 9 months? If not, I guess you can do a CSE as they made an error..

Nope, my passport expires in 2020. Would calling the call center be a good idea?

Finally Got approved its actually a big step ;D. Thank god and thanks for this forum and jubear. Hope all the guys get the PGWP.

From my experience get hold of you Mp and keep in contact with him every week and u will get the good news 8). I pray for you all to get the WORK PERMIT soon.

Now I have doubt that how many year i will get PSWP for 3 years right? and one more doubt is which is best TRV paper application or online???

the same...cannot login....well good job cic...
1. Time flies slower in CIC office
2. Their incompetence is well-known thing...maybe even somewhere in the bible.
3. Their system is down...First they cannot do a simple math on 155+100..then system is down...How hard can that be...I am an software engineer and i know how easy to just change the checking condition for 255.

May 10th applicant...still waiting for PGWP...seems Canada doesnt need engineers

So you got PGWP approved because of MPs' help? I contacted my MPs but he didn't reply to me and he is not officially become MP yet, so I contact my old MPs, she told me I have file review on Nov.21. Can I still contact my new MPs regarding my PGWP application once he is officially MPs?

Yeap call and let them now your case and they will further direct you with instructions if neede..
