I don't think this is a good sign, but I think this doesn't matter since I am not the only one having this issue.

Not all, I am May19 applicant, still waiting :(... Hopefully CIC is clearing May and June applications in order, and not mess up again. so I can expect mine to be approved soon. Otherwise, I have no idea when my PGWP will be approved.

Congrats. I think you will get your PGWP soon. Really depend on MPs themselves, if they want to help or not. I believe they must have authority to help us get it done as long as they are cared.
