Same AOR June 3rd and still stuck in IP1. When I called on September 4th, I also got a very similar response. Eligibility is passed. I asked specifically if it’s recommended passed or passed and she said it’s passed. However, background check still not started so she had no updates regarding criminality and security about which I asked her specifically. She also emphasised a lot on the standard 180 days timeline and said everything looks all set for me to get PR by December 1st week. I also asked about RPRF payment request and she said I will only get it near to the end of the process when they are ready to issue PPR. Did you pay your RPRF upfront? If not, did you get the request yet?
I dnt knw if she is right about d rprf request part..My Aor is June 4th..I received rprf request on July 5th..No update after that..I called them last month and got to knw tat eligibility is recommended pass..About criminality and security, agent said its nt started yet..I was also told regarding the 180 days timeline..so i think dis thing they are saying to every caller...I ordered gcms notes on 29th of last month..

from what I understand RPRF is issued once your R10 has been cleared if you have not paid it upfront..

Hi all, need urgent help. I have submitted my EAPR few days ago. I am living on Saudi Arabia currently so didn’t upload my pcc from saudi as according to CIC thry will send me pcc request afterwards. Now i have left my current job and going on final exit to my hometown. Will it effect my immigration process? How i will get pcc from saudi if I won’t be here?

When is your AOR? if they have not yet sent you the mail with the PCC request you should raise a web CSE form and update your case stating that you are moving out of KSA on this particular date. I have stayed in KSA as well, but i didnt require the PCC as I was no longer a resident of KSA. So guess once you raise the web CSE you might as well be considered as "no longer" resident.

My AOR was in July 24.. but I submitted my documents in September due to delay of pcc from my hometown. I didn’t receive any formal request from them yet regarding saudi Pcc.

I guess you should immediately raise a web CSE and inform them about the change in your county of residence.

Thnx.. but I haven’t got exit stamp yet. I am trying to transfer my iqama to my spouse while living here.
Kindly tell me if i will go to my hometown and come back after 1 month with another visa as dependent,i can take pcc before going and can submit it?

I guess coming back after one month should not be a problem. If you can submit the KSA PCC before going it should be valid while your current PR application is under process. But, for this you will need to get the email from CIC and then apply fpr PCC at the MoI.

Good Day friends..
I'm June 26 AOR.. IP1 since 12 july. Do you think it's good time to order notes  if yes ! from whom should I order ?
Is it ok to pay with Debit card I don't have credit card.
Thanks

I have a similar case... My spouse who is the PA has about three NOC of which we have refferece letter only for one NOC where she has worked for 6 years.. The other two are shorter period NOC totaling about 1.6 years... I have about five different NOC ... but the the PA do not get any points for the spouse work experience or NOC as long it not in Canada... So technically you can even avoid adding these NOC or work experience... in case there is any further requirement they will ask you for an ADR and I guess you would fare well with the spouse NOC part...
I have uploaded his appointment letters and experience certificates for all the five jobs. But Iam worried about the selection of NOCs. Iam not very sure the NOCs I have chosen for him are according to his job profile or not. As I mentioned earlier I never thogught his NOCs are that important.

Which visa office is your file in? Mine is in Ottawa. I am planning to call again on October 4th.

Hi all.
My AOR is 21 June. After reading so many posts I realized that NOCs are very important. I am the principal candidate and have only one NOC. But I am worried about my spouse's NOC. Apparently he had 5 jobs and NOcs are different for all the jobs. I have not paid much attention to his NOcs thinking that I have not got any points for his job so it's not that important.
So can this affect my application? I am planning to order gcms notes after completing 3 months of AOR.
Kindly suggest
Thanks
If your spouse work experience is foreign one he/she do not contribute points for it since they are dependant. They only contribute points for 3 aspects:
- Language score
- Education (ECA supported or Canadian)
- Canadian work exp

Is it okay to call your LVO to know the status of your application ?
if your file is been handled outside canada, you can only send an E-mail and you will get a canned response unless you have passed the 6 months mark
