Oh my goodness, I can't believe we're actually excited that CIC has finally started to process people in December 2013.

Really, their pace is awful.

I am even more frustrated because I see that someone who applied on the same day as me got AIP and I got nothing!!! Ughhhh

For 2013 applicants, the average is 415 days.

Since you applied in July 2014, you might see AIP in November, unless the processing times change between now and then...which they should.

Hi everyone!

I just received my my renewed passport and need to send the copy of it to the Immigration. I am Oct 2014 applicant. Can someone please tell me which address should I mail it to?

I also applied for Work Permit along with my Inland application and I had a legal status when I applied, but I haven't received it yet. Is this because my passport was expired?

One last question, I am currently pregnant and due in Aug. My husband is inviting my mother to visit us during that time. But the problem is, he is self employed and in low income? can he still send the invitation letter? what do we need to show for finances at our end?

You should have gotten an address in your AOR:
CPC Mississauga

You should ask the call centre about your work permit. But since the expiration day of the work permit can't be later than the expiration of your passport it might be because of this. If the call centre isn't helpful, ask your MP.

I can't answer your third question, I'm not familiar with invitations.

Processing times *will* change. I'd bet on it.

Okay, than your receiving date is November 20, 2013 (that's the date stated in the AOR email, right?).
Are you currently in Sweden? An inland applicant shouldn't leave the country, or at least not for long and not without your spouse.
