This is outdated information. This USED to be true. My parents did their BM in 2016 and their ecas and ATIP notes show that they don’t need to do it again and shows the last enrolment date and validity.

Submitted PCC and additional docs they requested. Decision says application in progress. How long should it be from now? Medicals and biometrics all completed. Thanks!
