I checked my online statues with my client ID and it shows application received and medical received. does it mean AOR or will they send AOR separately.

If I call them will they able to tell me if my AOR has been sent or not

Can you call them again and speak with other agents and see how they will talk about your AIP this time? The file number you got indicates you are at AOR stage. No AOR no file number

Can you confirm they received your file in July 2014? And you are able to login to ECAS now? May I ask if you have any issue with CBSA, that CIC must expedite your file?
Your timeline is a bit different

Yes I checked they received my file on august 1st 2014. I m able to check status online though I didnt receive AOR by email or mail.
Yes I had issue with CBSA but they have given me time until I receive my AIP. So I don't think they need to expedite my file. On the other hand my representative giving me hard time he received some letter but he is not giving me as I have cancelled his services earlier n he got letter after. I dont know what to do

If CBSA is pending removal waiting for the outcome of your PR app I heard that CIC will expedite cases like yours. Not sure. Why not call back and talk to another agent?

He is legally required to give you the letter if it is addressed to you/about you. You can tell him that you'll call the police, I guess.

sorry am still new to this.Yes i submitted it in June when i was outta status so i had a lil issus with the CBSA and they expedited my application and i received the AIP on august 11 and it said i was eligible to apply for OWP in that same mail which i applied for on that same day and did my medicals a week after which was just this monday. I just want to know how long it will take for a decision to be made since the CBSA gave CIC 60 days to make a decision on my case.

Hello again,

I have a question regarding study permit during PR processing. (JAN.2014 applicant)

I have extended my visitor visa valid until August. 2015 and been accepted 1 year program in college. I know it is risky, but I am going back to my home country for a month to see my family and friends. At the same time, I will apply for a study permit ONLINE from OUTSIDE Canada. (Can't do it ONLINE inside Canada..)

One of the questions in ONLINE application is "What is your current country of residence?". Should I answer my home country, or Canada where I have lived over a year?

Anybody has a same experience? Do CIC issue a study permit during PR processing?

I did my medical done in July 2014 and sent the medical sheet with a explanation letter long AFTER submitting my PR application in January 2014. About 2 weeks after sending it, the status has been updated, "Medical Results have been received." I am not sure about your case, but I hope my answer helps!

If your representative is a Registered Immigration Consultant report him to the ICCRC, the letter is your property and he is legally obligated to give it to you. You will get a response from ICCRC same week you report him .
