48 hours but it all depends on when it shows complete on ECAS. As long as it says complete on ECAS you can go ahead and apply for passport.

Yes you have yo sign on behalf of your kid and they will tell you.."dont write the kids name" just sign it like how you would regularly sign any document.

You cannot request them not to take the PR card but you can reschedule your oath date or you can apply for Express passport services with proof of travel.

That's IRCC for you ..if you should call them an agent will tell you.." every application is different and unique" . Someone applied this year and they are already citizens..as frustrating as it maybe all I can say is just hang in there...you might wanna order GCMS notes to see what's going on...
